HISTORIC

In 1967, Messieurs Pierre LOYER, Jean DESCHAMPS, Jacques BERTON and Lucien
LOUOT, first aid instructors at the Police National School of Paris, have decided, with the agreement from Mr Léon ROBINE, Director of the Civil Defence in the Ministry of Defence and Mr and Mrs PITET,national directors of the First Aid school, to create an association which regroups instructors from all boards in order to standardize the teaching on the territory.
Why including the term ‘INSTRUCTORS” in the name of this association ? because on the 9th of October 1959, Messieurs MOYER, BRETON and DESCHAMPS, after inspection, were appointed instructors-monitors by the Prefect of Police of Paris.
